Dear Observers,
Thank you all for your recent reports and assistance. Below are the irregularities that have been fixed in-game:
◆ 10/07 Update Fixes
- [Witch Arena] Reward distribution fix: Fixed an issue where Observers who ranked up because other Observers lost points, or ranked up by gaining points from a successful defense, did not receive the Version Highest Ranking Rewards and the Milestone Highest Ranking Rewards.
- [Witch Arena] Law effect fix: Fixed an issue where the Law effects of defending teams would take effect regardless of team conditions.
If you encounter any other irregularities during gameplay, please report them to us via the customer service form and provide as much relevant information as possible to help our team further investigate and resolve the matter.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the above issues may have caused to your gaming experience. Our team will continue to troubleshoot and implement fixes as we strive to provide a smoother, better gaming experience for everyone.
